The objective of this project is to implement the SMED analysis to the 38 changeover operations of Fabio Perini at Fine Company which is obtained in grad I, to create a new changeover matrix, and to use five different sequencing methods to the production line and find the best of them to be used in implementing the new production plan of the company. A computer program based on excel sheet will be made to computerize the creation of the production plan.
