| Summary, etc. | This project in cooperation with Motorola company "Systel innovation center" located in smart village 6th of October. It aims to apply the fingerprint identification technology in our society as a real solution for our public safety issues.<br/>Fingerprint identification has proved its efficient and the high accuracy in the field of security. Using this technology to identify the real identity of people in streets, airports, government buildings and vital areas would be a real accurate solution to solve the problem our country faces in the field of security. It depends on the extraction of some of unique points that called minutiae, these points are totally unique and located in the fingerprint of any human. Before extraction these points, we pass through preprocessing steps that help to enhance the fingerprint image and show its details clearly.<br/>Then after the preprocessing steps and extract the points we go to the last step which is matching. <br/><br/>This project is going to achieve its matching task using a complete life cycle, starting from scanning the suspect’s fingerprint and transfer the data using Motorola’s hardware device "Tetra", after applying rotation function which ensure the right position of the image and rotate it if its necessary, then applying preprocessing steps on the fingerprint that received from the high performance scanner. Tetra then will send the data to the server which has the complete huge database contains millions of fingerprint images "biometrics", apply the matching step and send the result back to the Tetra device with the whole information for the suspect.<br/> |

| Summary, etc. | يعد هذا المشروع بالتعاون مع شركة موتورولا, تحديدا مركز سيستل للابتكار بالقرية الذكية في السادس من اكتوبر.<br/>وهو يهدف الي تطبيق تكنولوجيا التعرف علي بصمات الاصابع في مجتمعنا كحل حقيقي وفعال لمشاكل السلامة العامة التي نواجهها.<br/>تقنية التعرف علي بصمات الاصبع اثبتت كفائتها وقدرتها الفعالة فيما يخص مجال الحماية. استخدام هذه التقنية للتعرف علي هوية الاشخاص الحقيقية في الشوارع, المطارات, المباني الحكومية والحيوية هو بالفعل حل فعال لمواجهة المشكلة التي تواجهها دولتنا في مجال الحماية.<br/>تقنية التعرف علي بصمات الاصبع تعتمد علي تحديد بعض النقط المميزة بالاصبع والتي تسمي بالتفصيلة الصغيرة.<br/>هذه النقط مميزة وفريدة تماما وهي موجودة ببصمة اصبع اي شخص. قبل تحديد هذه النقاط يجب المرور ببعض الخطوات منها خطوة تحديد زاوية التفاف البصمة التي تحدد اذا كانت البصمة بوضعها السليم ام تحتاج الي الالتفاف بزاوية معينة والقيام بلف الصورة عند الحاجة, ثم المرور بالخطوات التحضيرية التي تساعد علي تحسين صورة البصمة واظهار تفاصيلها بشكل واضح. بعد الانتهاء من تلك الخطوات لتحسين جودة الصورة وتحديد نقاطنا المميزة يأتي دور الخطوة الاخيرة وهي خطوة مطابقة البصمة.<br/>هذا المشروع يهدف الي تحقيق خطوة مطابقة الاصبع من خلال دورة كاملة بداية من فحص اصبع المشتبه به بواسطة جهاز فحص بصمة عالي الكفاءة و القيام بالخطوات التحضيرية ثم تحديد النقاط المميزة , بعد ذلك يتم نقلها الي جهاز موتورولا والذي يسمي " تيترا ".<br/>يقوم جهاز تيترا بعد ذلك بأرسال هذه النقاط الي السيرفر العملاق الذي يحوي علي الملايين من صور بصمات الاصابع. يتم القيام بعمل عملية المطابقة للبصمة المرسلة بسرعة وكفاءة ثم يتم ارسال نتيجة المطابقة مع المعلومات الكاملة لشخصية المشتبه به مجددا الي جهاز تيترا.<br/> |
