Summary, etc. | The aim of this research paper is to measure the identity of people who<br/>traveled to Netherlands and also to measure the effect of diverse identities<br/>in the work place on job performance of the workers. The researcher chose<br/>this topic because of how important is identity as it shows the person’s<br/>culture, language and traditions. Therefore, diverse of identities and how<br/>it effects on job performance. A two surveys were filled in Netherlands to<br/>measure the identity and the second was to measure the effect of diverse<br/>identities in the workplace on job performance. The methodology used<br/>was surveys to measure the identity and also to measure the diverse of<br/>identities and how that effect on job performance. The questions of the<br/>first survey were seven questions and were asked to measure the identity.<br/>The survey was filled by foreigners in Netherlands. Moreover, the second<br/>survey was two questions to measure how diverse identities effect on<br/>job performance and the survey was filled by workers in KLM Royal<br/>Flights in Netherlands. People who filled the surveys were not supervised<br/>Because it was in another country. The results was that most of the people<br/>who filled the first survey there identity did not changed. And the effect of<br/>diverse identities on job performance was mixed not all positive and also<br/>Not all negative. Therefore, international labor pool and changing of<br/>Identities are not all the same results. |
