<br/><br/> Restoration of maxillary and mandibular arches with severe attrition and few remaining<br/>teeth in 51 years old patient using peek material. Challenges faced were mainly loss of the<br/>vertical dimension, severe attrition, no bite and few remaining teeth.<br/>Treatment plan:<br/>Scaling and polishing, multiple endodontic treatments, extraction of non-restorable teeth,<br/>restorative procedures, fixed and removable prosthesis.<br/>The outcome was mainly restoration of the bite, VD and esthetics.
