<br/><br/> The project’s main aim is to establish an Inventory Control System in Armored Vehicles<br/>and Doors factory. The factory faces both out-of stock and overstock situations and lack<br/>of inventory control, which appears in missing of some important parts during production<br/>process. This project aims to establish an Inventory Control System through Defining<br/>economic order quantity for the most important items which is defined by making ABC<br/>classification for the items and then focus on items of A-class , Building up a software to<br/>make MRP plans , keep tracking for inventories, and storage optimization for the<br/>warehouse.
