This project focus on uses Pareto chart to find the priority of the specific product problem, also uses value stream mapping to monitor the production line and identify the location of bottleneck, use the line balancing to improve the productivity .In this project also use the theory of constrains to find the optimum speed of sheathing machine to increase its productivity.
